Think of some fixes and analyse pros and cons Structure the answer like a book, Once understanding question, say "we understood the problem now lets go for solution" Ask all clarifying high level questions

Examples of solution Get in the user shoes, specific peofile of person, suggest 3 solution (super safe bet, agressive bet and highly creative may not make all sense) one by one and build decision tree. Quickly empathize with user may not be perfect. Answer: as based on user persona, we identified what problem, and we analysed what pros and cond with ideas and narrowed down to Z product to build with Y business startegic goals.
