Otobot Offsite

Today for the first time I came for offsite with my current company, otobot to nanital and we had decent time with meal and deeper connections and talks. This was honestly for the first time I had ever experienced this kind of gratitude from the employer towards me, they literally surprised us with personalised gifts a wayerbootle and a cup with our avatar, this was very emotional and lovely at the same time.
In spite of knowing that I haven't added literally any direct monetarily value through any clients but have worked on multiple interesting ai powered apps that might could have potential clients by pitching which haven't been any case yet.
Honestly, I feel I don't deserve this but still I am having literally real good time I have hardly worked anyday more than 5 hours that too on a working day, I am still treated equally by the founders and valued by them.
Plus I am neither a smart kid, or a expert dev but still in team of 5 they treated me equal enough and handed me ownership of multiple projects which I might have not excelled but was decent with lot of stuff so I am very happy by doing so.
Now my current thoughts are to work really ass of this september month and build cool stuff for this company, that brings us money and each and every work that I will do will be the best output of me in engineering and UX.
Because honestly if in such a situation where they have lost a biggest client who was the only bread and butter gone overnight then somehow luckily got some more projects which later converted and paid some thing that's honestly a luck even after that never hold our salary nor scrolled us or make us disappoint any situation else he have always empowered us and motivated to achieve better in all aspects in the company and out the company always, I feel glad to be part of this company.
Also on top of that the when I was visiting to the office in Delhi for sometime while returning he used to give me lift on his audi q3, too beautiful😍 we use to discuss about career paths and what will work and not and a casual performance check with discussions and suggestions for startup plans or ideas I have or freelancing or building wealth in general I mean who really does that being in company where the owner himself giving solutions to start your own startup that's a damn crazy personality in first place.
