After tech over takes most of the things humans will have more lesisure time when they should start making planet better place by cleaning or socially active etc. But jnstead people are spending time in porn, social media etc. So in a way I am working towards next step when I say I am working for sustainable startup focusing on multiple SDGs example in textile where 1 part of this is solved by thrifting.

People in negative env conditions are more prone to addiction example. Poverty Addiction is something cause when human try to get dopamine from artifivial sources for basic human needs like food shelter, mating How addiction starts?

The brain overestimate the good feeling of the dopamine released in the earlier interaction then when you cosnume same thing again the brain doesn't get the expected dopamine hits which results in overconsumption of that particualr sunstance in expectance of matching some dopamine which never gets sattisfied and you stop only when you see your body stops accepting or environmental conditions.

Why workout habit is tough? it's because high resistance to perform the task. And how it works..

If you start the day with hard thing then you will feel the se se of competence and accomplishment which results in positive day and as per research when you plan a day before things is always better.

When you start a day with high pleasure low effort like masturbation or social media etc.. then you r setting up artifival fullfillment making your day even unproductive. Bad habit isn't addiction External sources of testorene makes the natural testosterone reduce to large extent which results in testes size reduction and this external sources could be in multiple forms.

Learning is highly rewarding giving more dopamine as urgent novelty, adventures and challenges and you end up imrpoving your brain any additional arbitration. But if you artifically add metamorphin. Dopamine is responsive any powerful emotions so when you take any challenges you also get dopamines.

Environment really matters setting up priorities of consuming addiction drugs as well, basically more opti9ns to do vetter stuff human will choose other stuff to do. Radical honesty - telling truth itself makes a life lot easier and addiction resistive resulting in better self improvment.

Little small lies can erode life as you r also lieing urself and making your brain confused to know urself as well and that lie subconcisouly becomes true believe.
