A peer-to-peer thrifting app for Gen Z resellers, taken from zero to 4,000+ users at Enviu.
Why it exists
Gen Z resellers were using marketplaces that were never built for how they actually trade: fast listings, social proof, casual pricing, and no patience for friction. Treat a reseller like a generic seller and the app fights against how this group already moves stuff between each other.
What I built
More than 20 interviews with buyers and sellers shaped the MVP scope. From there we built the product on Bubble and shipped it everywhere at once, web, PWA, Android, and iOS, rather than starting on one platform and porting it over later.

Getting in front of people
GTM was social-first from day one. We seeded curated listings so the app didn't open to an empty catalog, and partnered with 10 micro-influencers to put it in front of an audience that already trusted them. Referral-to-signup was the one number I actually watched, since it told me whether the social loop was working, not just whether installs were ticking up.
Watching where sellers stalled
Session recordings showed where sellers actually got stuck mid-listing, and I re-sequenced the listing flow around that instead of guessing at it. Weekly cohort reviews turned week-4 retention drop-off into direct changes to the roadmap, rather than a dashboard nobody opened twice.
What moved
4,000+ users within three months. 1,500+ app downloads. 400 daily active users.
