- Training Documentation: ERP training guides took weeks per client to write by hand, which capped how many accounts the company could take on. Led design to launch on an AI Chrome extension that turns one recorded workflow into a guide and voiceover video, cutting documentation time by 70%.
- Sherpa: Designed Sherpa, the company's B2B training product for enterprise ERP clients, improving learning absorption by 45%.
- Community App: ERP consultants had no shared place to find peers, learning or work, just scattered LinkedIn and Slack groups. Designed and shipped YECC on iOS and Android to fix that, and designed a virtual campus alongside it.
